My son gifted me this Ramsgate arrow necklace which I adored and wore daily until one day it sadly broke. Happily though I didn’t lose it and Loel told me to post it back and they’d try to mend it…because there were issues with mending it they posted me a replacement necklace and returned the pendant from the broken necklace as they could tell how much sentimental value it held for me. I can’t say a huge enough thank you for everything Loel did. They really went above and beyond, it’s refreshing to experience real genuine customer care. Plus their jewellery is exquisite!

I've had my eyes on these for a while since spotting the brand on Instagram. I noticed they were back in stock and swooped in (note.. i had signed up for notification but it had gone to my spam folder.... so my relentless stalking served me well!). I'm thrilled with my purchase... they are different and beautifully made....

The presentation and gift wrap is excellent too... if you're looking for a Christmas (or anytime!!) gift this small company will not disappoint.

I love this bracelet, I have the tassel earrings in silver and wanted a bracelet to match unfortunately the bangle was not big enough. This was perfect, can’t wait to wear it.

I’ve bought quite a few pieces from Loel over the last year. They are beautiful and well made. I have the silver and gold tassel earrings as well as the large gold tassel bracelet and necklace (thank you to husband and son) and also the small silver tassel bracelet bought for me from a friend. (I obviously have a thing for tassels!) They come beautifully packaged in a pouch and box and I’m sure I will love them for ever. I have my eye on the fish necklace for next summer …💕
